| The Official Bulletin “Promyslova Vlasnist’”
(“Industrial Property”) is published since 1993. It contains the official
notices concerning the protection of industrial property rights issued
by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the State Patent Office
of Ukraine, announcements on the invention, utility model, industrial design
patents and certificates for marks for goods and services which have been
entered into the corresponding State Registers and particulars of the invention
applications filed and accepted for examination. The respective entries
contain bibliographic data, claims of inventions and utility models, images
of industrial designs and marks. The Official Bulletin also contains information
concerning the registered licensing and assignment of rights contracts,
notices.
Patent Specifications. Complete specifications of invention and utility model patents of Ukraine are published since 1994. Complete specifications of the patents of Ukraine granted in exchange of the protective documents of the USSR at the request of their holders are not republished by the State Patent Office of Ukraine. Instead, a reference to the number of the original SU patent document is given in each respective entry of the Official Bulletin ”Promyslova Vlasnist’”. An index of such patent documents is published in Vol. 2 of the 1997 Annual Index to the Official Bulletin. The Official Bulletin “Promyslova Vlasnist’”
and patent specifications are distributed on subscription. Backlog collections
and individual back issues of the Official Bulletin are also available.

The 1997 Annual Report of the State Patent Office of Ukraine: Ukrainian/Russian and Ukrainian/English bilingual publications. The theoretical and practical journal “Intelectual’na
vlasnist’” (“Intellectual Property”) publishes legal acts, articles, comments
on the current law in the field of intellectual property, guidelines, advice,
etc. A monthly publication. Subscription information is available from
